|1||teaspoon toasted sesame oil|
|2||tablespoons soy sauce|
|1/2||teaspoon coarse salt|
|2||tablespoons vegetable oil|
|1||pound green beans, trimmed|
|1||tablespoon white (hulled) sesame seeds|
2. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil. Cook the green beans over high heat, stirring constantly, for 1 minute. Add the water. Immediately cover the pan, lower the heat to medium, and cook the beans for 3 minutes or until they are just tender but still bright green.
3. Remove the cover, raise the heat to evaporate any remaining water, and add the sesame oil mixture; reduce the sauce for 1 to 2 minutes to thicken it. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
