|1||teaspoon caraway seeds|
|1||cinnamon stick, broken in half|
|Salt and pepper, to taste|
2. In a large skillet, heat the vinegar until it is hot. Add the caraway seeds, cinnamon stick, salt, and pepper.
3. Add the cabbage to the vinegar mixture and stir. Continue cooking over medium-low heat, stirring often, for 15 minutes or until the cabbage collapses and is tender. Taste for seasoning, add more salt and pepper, if you like, and remove the cinnamon pieces.
