Cascarones

Make a hole with one tine of a fork in the rounded end of an egg. Make a dime-sized hole in the other end. Working over a bowl, blow through the smaller hole so the egg pushes out of the larger hole. Rinse the egg and leave it to dry. Do this with as many eggs as you plan to fill.

Using a funnel or homemade paper cone, fill the eggs about one-third full with paper confetti. Cut rounds of tissue paper into quarter-sized pieces. Glue the tissue on the large ends of the eggs to cover the holes.
