|1||pint high-quality vanilla ice cream|
2. Working with one glass at a time, hold the glass at an angle. Gently pour the beer from the bottle down the side of the glass to keep a head from forming. Repeat with the other 3 bottles.
3. Add scoops of ice cream to each glass. Serve at once.
