Makes about 2 cups
| 2/3 | cup sugar |
| 1/3 | cup water |
| 20 | large marshmallows |
| 3 | egg whites |
| 1 | teaspoon vanilla extract |
2. Meanwhile, beat the egg whites until they hold soft peaks. Beat the hot marshmallow mixture into the whites.
