|2||teaspoons crushed red pepper|
|3||tablespoons unsalted butter|
|2||pounds green beans, trimmed|
2. In a small skillet heat the oil, garlic, and red pepper over low heat for 2 minutes, or until the garlic is brown. Add butter and cook until it melts; remove from heat.
3. Cook the beans in the boiling water for 2 minutes, or until bright green and tender. Drain and return to the pot. Toss with the oil mixture, salt, and pepper. Keri Fisher
