| 2 | cups shredded smoked gouda, at room temperature |
| 2 | packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, at room temperature |
| 1/2 | cup (1 stick) butter, at room temperature |
| 2 1/2 | tablespoons milk |
| 2 1/2 | tablespoons steak sauce |
| 1 | cup chopped nuts |
