Makes about 1/2 cup
| 2 | ounces semisweet chocolate |
| 1 | tablespoon honey |
| 1 | tablespoon sugar |
| 1/4 | cup light cream |
1. In a small heavy saucepan, combine the chocolate, honey, sugar, and cream.
