Makes 2 cups
|1||cup (well packed) pitted dates|
|1/2||cup golden raisins|
|1||medium apple, peeled, cored, and coarsely chopped|
|1/2||cup chopped walnuts|
|1/2||teaspoon ground cinnamon|
|1/4||cup sweet Passover wine|
2. In a food processor, pulse the fruit until the mixture is chopped into small bits, but doesn't turn into puree.
3. Transfer to a bowl. Stir in the walnuts, cinnamon, and wine.
