Makes 2 cups
| 1 | cup (well packed) pitted dates |
| 1/2 | cup golden raisins |
| 1 | medium apple, peeled, cored, and coarsely chopped |
| 1/2 | cup water |
| 1/2 | cup chopped walnuts |
| 1/2 | teaspoon ground cinnamon |
| 1/4 | cup sweet Passover wine |
2. In a food processor, pulse the fruit until the mixture is chopped into small bits, but doesn't turn into puree.
3. Transfer to a bowl. Stir in the walnuts, cinnamon, and wine.
