Makes about 1/4 cup
This mustard is wasabi-like and doesn't resemble the store-bought variety. Be prepared for a powerful kick.
| 3 | tablespoons dry mustard powder |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoons sugar |
| 1/4 | teaspoon salt |
| 1 | teaspoon vinegar |
| 2 | teaspoons cold water |
