Quick Tip #2: Storing Bulk Parchment Paper

As with other nonperishibles, parchment paper for baking is cheaper if bought in bulk. But storing the large quantity conveniently can be a problem. Here’s a solution: Roll a quantity of parchment sheets into a tight roll and place it inside an empty gift-wrap tube, which can be easily stored in the pantry or kitchen. The sheets can be pulled out easily, one at a time.
