In Seville, Spain recently, my husband and I ate large salt-crusted shrimp, served in their shells, and spent another two weeks looking for them again. And now they're in our own neck of the woods. He bought Florida Pinks yesterday at New Deal Sea Food in East Cambridge. They had just arrived at the market and had never been frozen. I brushed them with olive oil, sprinkled them with sea salt, and slid them as close to the broiling element as I could. Sweet as sugar, a little sea briny, and too good for words.
