rhubarb1.jpg

A recipe for this baked rhubarb, served with fresh ricotta, ran in Wednesday's Food section and it was one of the most emailed stories of the day. All day long on boston.com, people kept clicking on the recipe and sending it to friends. Here it is, made by contributor Jonathan Levitt. Go home and bake!
