When products change formulas

I buy the original Finn Crisp (above) a half-dozen boxes at a time, and now they're getting hard to find. In their place are:

The difference is this (original):

If I wanted to buy the new, I probably would have bought this:

I like the paper thin Finnish cracker more than the bulkier Swedish one. But truthfully, with a little cheese on the cracker, accompanied by a glass of wine, all this on the back porch, I completely forget my complaint.
