« Of terms foreign and obscure | Main | Another ratatouille » Tuesday, July 10, 2007They're so good this year
I keep the bowl in the fridge so when I go poking around in it, there are beautiful, lush, healthy cherries to eat by the handful. I don't believe in using them to make cherry pies or the famous French clafoutis. I think cherries belong in a bowl beside your comfortable chair, on a table that holds a large glass of iced tea.
