By the sea, by the beautiful sea

I've just edited a recipe for linguine with clams, sent by Food section contributor Jonathan Levitt. He's writing about someone who digs his own clams, among other things. The recipe is easy and the ingredient list is very short. And you'll find the clams everywhere. It's an added bonus to fetch your own.
