At the Boston offices of Knoll furniture, employees stopped sending gift baskets to their colleagues in the company's other offices around the country. Six years ago, they started a new tradition of getting together and packing homemade cookies in boxes to ship to other employees at the holidays. Included in the boxes are Molasses Sugar Cookies, Ginger Pennies, and Chocolate Dipped Coconut Sticks.
