Wedding cake baker Jenny Williamson, who owns Jenny's Cakes (jencakes.com) adds the finishing touches to a three-tiered square cake decorated with flowers. Cakes start at $800 for a cake that serves 160. All the add-ons, such as sugar flowers, made by hand, are extra. Williamson meets with the bridal couple, makes the cake, and delivers it to the wedding herself. "People respond to that," she says.
