Remy, Disney- Pixar's animated rodent chef, is probably inspiring many future restaurateurs. The owners of MuLan, near Kendall Square, named their restaurant after another Disney character, the plucky Chinese heroine in the movie of the same name. They did it not because MuLan is a cook, but because she shares a last name with chef Shuihuang Hua. (Full article: 593 words)
