Want more sustainable dining (other than Lumiere's dinner tonight)? Tomorrow, you'll find more of it at the New England Aquarium when two neighbors get together for one big dinner. Sel De La Terre chef Geoff Gardner and Aquarium executive chef Tim Ridge team up to serve a three-course dinner in the New England Aquarium's cafe. The menu includes plenty of sustainable seafood including scallops, wahoo, and bluefish.
