Pay close attention to the bartender’s instructions, because you will drink what you make at Bacardi Mojito Mondays. Every Monday is mojito central at InterContinental Boston, where you’ll get a history and overview of the summer cocktail before concocting traditional and flavored drinks (including raspberry, peach, melon, orange, and blueberry/lemon). Two mojitos, appetizers, mojito recipes, and a muddler are yours for the price of admission. Mondays from 6-7 p.m. through Aug. 24. $30, $35 at the door. 21+.
