At the Fowler House, the signature dish is the steak tips, with a choice of barbecue or teriyaki sauces, both homemade. The sweet teriyaki glaze has a hint of honey and soy sauce, and the tips are grilled just as ordered. All the entrees come with potato and vegetable.
