The game Marc Esserman v. John Fedorowicz was, as we have reported, was one of the highlights of the Boston Blitz-New York Knights match, lost by the Blitz because of the Knights’ draw odds. Esserman is a habitue of the Boylston Club, and his colorful comments on the game got special attention on the US Chess League website. Patrick Wolff has also chosen this match as our game of the week, and his observations are a sort of footnote to Esserman’s.
