Dr. Katz - Professional Therapist

Hands down the funniest and most clever/witty show in the last 20 years, this show ended its run on Comedy Central before the turn of the 21st Century. The material on these shows served as the launching pad for nearly all of today's great comedy shows:

Everybody Loves Raymond

Chappelle's Show

Insomniac

The Daily Show w/ Jon Stewart

Mr. Show

Add to that the fact that Jonathan Katz is a local guy and many of the reference points in the show very closely resemble those in Boston (the victory gardens, the local watering hole, many of the guests). Better yet, the premise is timeless and will never grow obsolete, since it involves cartoon characters, and the comedy is stand-up (guests/patients) with a built-in straight man (Katz). And H. Jon Benjamin is hilarious as Ben. 81 episodes is not enough....

I hope they make more episodes of Reno 911.

Twin Peaks would be cool to watch again.

Mystery Science Theater 3000, if only for one episode to skewer John Travolta's "Battlefield Earth."

Bring back "Greg the Bunny." Only 6 episodes aired; Fox never gave it a chance to get an audience, while dreck like "Boston Public" kept getting renewed. Tardy should win an Emmy!

Another show that Fox should resurrect is "Fastlane." It was this generation's "Miami Vice." Lots of style, lots of action. And any show that is smart enough to hire Jay Mohr as a guest star should stay on. Speaking of Jay Mohr, bring back "Action" too!

1. Ed

2. Boston Public

These two shows are fantastic. Ed should definitely be renewed in the fall for at least one more season. The "Final Episode" was pretty cheesy.

Boston Public slowly started to sour when they moved to Friday nights. Move it back to a better slot where it can thrive!

(seems if I like it, it's the kiss-of-death. amazed that West Wing made it)
