O Christmas screen...

Globe Staff / December 8, 2007

The Museum of Fine Arts celebrates the most wonderful time of the year with two days of family-friendly holiday-themed short films. Today the lineup includes "A Snowy Day", a film based on the classic book by Ezra Jack Keats, and "Once Upon a Christmas Village," a movie about Santa Claus' magic watch that is now being considered for an Academy Awards nomination. And because the MFA is equal opportunity, tomorrow morning's films are both about Hanukkah. 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. both days. Free. Museum of Fine Arts, 465 Huntington Ave., 617-369-3306. mfa.org
