The big sleep

Perhaps you've seen "Enchanted," the popular Walt Disney movie that mocks Disney's own fairy tales. Much of that film borrows from "Sleeping Beauty", the animated classic about a woman named Aurora, who searches for a prince and is cursed along the way. This afternoon at the Dudley Branch of the Boston Public Library, you can see the movie about Aurora and her very, very, very long nap. It makes a good primer for "Enchanted," if that flick is on your weekend agenda. 12:30 p.m. Free. Dudley Branch Library, 65 Warren St., Roxbury. 617-442-6186. bpl.org
