Every year during Thanksgiving weekend, the Regent Theatre in Arlington hosts "Sing-A-Long Mary Poppins," a family-friendly event where you can watch the movie musical and belt out your favorite tunes. Sadly, every year, those who travel during Thanksgiving weekend miss out on the fun. But tonight through Saturday, there's another chance to catch the program. Showcase North in Worcester will host its own "Mary Poppins" event as a benefit for the Worcester Pubic Schools sports and performing arts programs. You're invited to dress up in costume as Mary, Bert, a chimney sweep, or any of the Bankses. Your admission gets you a bag of interactive props. 10 a.m. $12, $9 children and seniors. Showcase North, 135 Brooks St., Worcester, regenttheatre.com
