JONAS BROTHERS: THE 3D CONCERT EXPERIENCE (2009)
The Disney Channel’s house-band sibs bring their live sound to DVD. Taking nothing away from the energy they give it, billing this as an “experience’’ even on disc seems like a stretch; your home theater isn’t the multiplex, let alone an arena. Extras: additional songs, tour footage. (Disney, $32.99; Blu-ray/DVD combo pack, $49.99)
LOOKIN’ TO GET OUT (1982)
Director Hal Ashby (“Coming Home,’’ “Being There’’) delivered a lesser effort with this comedy about gambling buddies (Jon Voight and Burt Young) hitting Vegas and hoping to get on a roll. Seven-year-old Angelina Jolie made her debut in the film, presented in an extended version for DVD. Extras: retrospective featurette with Voight, Young, and costar Ann-Margret. (Warner, $19.97)
ENTOURAGE: THE COMPLETE FIFTH SEASON (2008)
Vince and the boys work to rebound from their fake film “Medellin’’ stinking up Cannes like Pepé Le Pew. Extras: cast and crew commentary and interviews. (HBO, $39.98)
THE TRANSFORMERS: THE COMPLETE FIRST SEASON (1984)
Moviegoers of the right age can flash back - with the kids, now - to the cartoon where it all began for the battling ’bots franchise. Extras: “Archival toy commercials,’’ reads the box, as if the entire show wasn’t one big ad spot for the young and impressionable. (Shout! Factory, $29.99; available now)
PARKER LEWIS CAN’T LOSE: THE COMPLETE FIRST SEASON (1990-91)
Corin Nemec and that door-shattering principal (Melanie Chartoff) always lent some legitimizing appeal to what could have been just a lame Ferris Bueller knockoff. Extras: retrospective featurette, cast and crew commentaries. (Shout! Factory, $49.99)
