CATCH ME IF YOU CAN
(Comcast Free Movies) This light work from Steven Spielberg is based on the true story of Frank Abagnale, who in the 1960s fooled people into thinking he was a pilot, a doctor, and a lawyer, all before he was out of his teens. The breezy tone lets Leonardo DiCaprio ease up without ignoring the anger that fuels his character, and his interplay with Tom Hanks’s screwed-down FBI agent is funny and rueful. (PG-13; runs through July 10).

ROBOCOP 2
(Comcast Free Movies) High body count and amusing social satire, as RoboCop takes on a robokiller, but far less involving than the original. Peter Weller’s RoboCop still suggests walking armor and looks like an oil slick on steroids. But the film itself is robotic, without the dark moody perversity of the first outing. With all its big pieces of metal crashing around, this one plays like a junkyard gone nutzoid. (R; runs through July 10)

STEEL CITY
(Showtime on Comcast) A Midwestern kid (Thomas Guiry) tries to grow up while dealing with the father (John Heard) who abandoned him. Brian Jun’s debut feature is a no-budget heartland drama that walks the thin line between kitchen-sink realism and kitchen-sink tedium, but it portrays its working-class characters with refreshing and unvarnished honesty. Costarring America Ferrera and Raymond J. Barry. (R; runs through July 10)
