From on-site Globe staffer Meredith Goldstein:

Another film getting buzz here at the subversive Slamdance Film Festival has been "You Are Here," a coming-of-age, nightclub-based flick by Henry Pincus. The steamy story of twentysomething friends haphazardly becoming lovers stars a cast of young, pretty people including Bijou Phillips, who plays a vapid nightlifer, and Katie Cassidy, who plays a love-struck paralegal. (Cassidy reportedly has a role in the upcoming adaptation of "Dallas.") Phillips, who broke out in the 2001 dark film "Bully," actually does well as the funny girl in this one. She told me after the screening that she based her party-going, self-absorbed character on two of her real-life friends -- Nicky Hilton and Nicole Richie.
