New trailers: 'Monsters, Inc.' prequel, pseudo-Scientology drama
Teaser trailers have been released for an animated prequel to Disney and Pixar's "Monsters, Inc." -- aptly named "Monsters University" -- and another for the first film from director Paul Thomas Anderson since "There Will Be Blood."
"Monsters University," slated for release in June 2013, follows monster pals, Sully (voiced by John Goodman) and Mike (voiced by Billy Crystal) during their college years. For more information on the release, check out the film's official website.
On the opposite end of the spectrum, the second trailer for Anderson's "The Master," starring Philip Seymour Hoffman, Amy Adams, and a back-in-action Joaquin Phoenix, has hit the internet. The drama follows Hoffman's character, the leader of a religious sect that is allegedly akin to Scientology. The film is set to open Oct. 12. Get more information on its website.
