New trailers: 'Skyfall,' 'Paranormal Activity 4,' 'The Paperboy'
The legacies of James Bond and "Paranormal Activity" push forward, while Matthew McConaughey shows his costars how to speak with a southern accent in the murder mystery "The Paperboy." Check out new trailers debuting this week and tell us which one you're most excited to see.
"Skyfall"
Daniel Craig returns for his third tour as James Bond in this first full trailer, taking on a creepy-looking blonde Javier Bardem. The film is set to open Nov. 9.
If all goes as planned, the fourth installment of this franchise should be scarier than Bardem's makeup in "Skyfall." In this trailer, the filmmakers quit jumping back in time and give us a modern day fright -- via Skype. The film is slated to open Oct. 19.
Bad southern accents abound as Nicole Kidman enlists two brothers (Zac Efron and journalist Matthew McConaughey, sounding very much like Matthew McConaughey) to investigate the death row conviction of her prison pen pal lover, played by John Cusack. Of course, Efron falls for Kidman and dances with her in his skivvies. It opens in limited release Oct. 5.
