Kevin Costner stars as Ray Kinsella (far left), an Iowa corn farmer, who hears voices and sees ghosts of baseball stars like Shoeless Joe Jackson (Ray Liotta). These ghosts command him: “If you build it they will come.” Kinsella builds a baseball stadium in his field and the Chicago Black Sox do come. Parts of the film were filmed at Fenway Park.
