Will Smith plays a misanthropic hero in the new film "Hancock," also starring Charlize Theron and Jason Bateman.

Here, Smith showed off his superhero strength while posing on the red carpet at the film's premiere, which was held at Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Hollywood on June 30.
