The Lone Ranger

Our take: Depp reunites with Verbinski, director of the first three "Pirates of the Caribbean" films, and gets to wear even more makeup than he did as Jack Sparrow. Hammer, best known for playing the Winklevoss twins in "The Social Network," lands the titular ranger.
IMDB plot: "Native American warrior Tonto (Depp) recounts the untold tales that transformed John Reid (Hammer), a man of the law, into a legend of justice."
