‘Silver Linings Playbook’

He may not have acted in, directed, or produced “Silver Linings Playbook,” but Holden resident Matthew Quick wrote the novel of the same name, upon which the Academy Award-nominated film is based. The film version of his acclaimed work is up for eight Oscars, including best picture.
