Fallon, left, joked with RadioBDC’s Julie Kramer about baseball before the live radio set began. Kramer reacted after Fallon praised New York Yankee Derek Jeter.

The band sang “Here Comes My Man.” The video for the song features Elisha Cuthbert.

The band released their fourth album, “Handwritten,” in July. The album featured liner notes from author Nick Hornby.

Kramer spoke with Fallon and Rosamilia about their charity work. The band is selling T-shirts to raise money for Hurricane Sandy relief. The four members originally hail from New Brunswick, N.J.

Kramer asked Fallon to name the members of his baseball dream team, if he could only use fellow musicians. His team included members of the Dropkick Murphys and the Mighty Mighty Bosstones.
