This week’s installment could be dubbed the “Mile-High Five” as John Oates checked in from a plane bound from his home in Colorado to Nashville. Right about now Oates should be making his way towards the area, specifically Canton in order to headline the Saturday installment of the two day Life is good festival at Prowse Farm with his longtime partner in rhyme Daryl Hall. “[I’m] looking forward to a new experience at Life is good,” he said in an email. “I like the fact that the festival is family-friendly and has charity components.” In honor of the festival, which also features Jack Johnson, the Roots, Dawes, Trampled by Turtles and more, Oates shared with us five reasons why he thinks his “Life is good.” Full story for BostonGlobe.com subscribers.
