If you head out to see Great Northern at the Paradise Rock Club tonight and suddenly have the urge to buy a Nissan Murano, don't feel weird about it. The band's song "Home" may inspire car cravings because the dreamy indie-pop tune was recently used in a Nissan commercial that aired during the Super Bowl.
