The UMass Boston campus should be packed today with people who like tiny cars and power pop. Fountains of Wayne , best known for the single "Stacy's Mom," will perform tonight as part of the Mini Takes the States Tour, which is basically a celebration of Mini Coopers. Activities on site, which include a stunt show and a Mini test course, will be open today and tomorrow. Wayne plays tonight at 7:30. The suggested cover charge goes to Mini's charity foundation. 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. today, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. tomorrow. $30, $20 in advance. UMass -Boston, 100 Morrissey Blvd. blog.minitakesthestates.com
