First-time filmmakers and musicians in need of health care, take heart. Blues musicians who got their start in Boston are coming home to raise money on your behalf tonight at the Reel Blues Fest. The Kramer-Montgomery Band, featuring Aerosmith drummer Joey Kramer and harmonica man James Montgomery, is headlining the show; other performers include Grammy-winning blues harpist James Cotton, guitarist Jay Geils, the Uptown Horns, and car magnate Ernie Boch Jr.'s band, Ernie and the Automatics. 21+ 7 p.m. $45, $125 (includes reception and an appearance by the performers), $200 (reception and backstage meet-and-greet). The Roxy, 279 Tremont St. 508-495-3456. www.thereelbluesfest.org
