NEW YORK FESTIVAL OF SONG This group presents vocal recitals as witty, zigzagging journeys along a particular theme. This weekend, it is "The Last Time I Saw Paris," exploring the evolution of French art song. Works by Roussel, Poulenc, Milhaud, and others. EGARR AT H&H The British keyboardist Richard Egarr, one of the stars of the early music movement, leads the Handel and Haydn Society from the fortepiano in Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 23.
