Thirty years of music making is something to celebrate, and that's exactly what Buckwheat Zydeco is doing this year. Stanley "Buckwheat" Dural and his seven-piece band have four Grammy-nominated albums, lots of film and TV exposure (remember "The Big Easy" with Ellen Barkin and Dennis Quaid?), and have played with Lenny Kravitz, Wynton Marsalis, Elvis Costello, and Eric Clapton. They even performed "Hot Tamale Baby" for Martha Stewart. We're lucky they're performing in Foxborough on Fat Tuesday, the perfect day to party and enjoy Louisiana's musical ambassadors. 8 p.m. $30. Showcase Live, 23 Patriot Place, Foxborough. 866-448-7849. www.ticketmaster.com
