Megan Mainzer-Ramirez, director of operations, Milky Way Lounge & Lanes/Bella Luna

If you've ever spent time at the Milky Way Lounge & Lanes or Bella Luna, you've probably heard at least a few tracks from Mainzer-Ramirez's iPod, which is often used as the venue's soundtrack. Mainzer-Ramirez (whose mother, Kathie, co-owns the connected businesses) says her iPod has a mix of old-school favorites, as well as songs she discovered while living in the Dominican Republic. The Milky Way/Bella Luna staff will be listening to her iPod as they pack up to move to the Brewery complex. During one of her last Saturday night shifts in the old Milky Way digs, Mainzer-Ramirez, 27, put her iPod on shuffle and let us listen. Here's what came up:

1. "The Boy From Ipanema," Crystal Waters

2. "Half as Much," Van Morrison

3. "Yerbero Moderno," Celia Cruz

4. "Let It Be," the Beatles

5. "Last Night I Dreamt That Somebody Loved Me," the Smiths

6. "And Your Bird Can Sing," the Beatles

7. "Disappointed," the Smiths

8. "Palomita Blanca," Juan Luis Guerra

9. "Trista Pena," Gipsy Kings

10. "No Rain," Blind Melon

Total songs: 1,301

Glad we missed: Madonna. "Guilty pleasures. I can't get rid of it."

The Milky Way is holding a parade March 22 at 1 p.m. from the old Centre Street location to the new one on Amory Street; patrons are invited to march behind the Second Line Social Aid and Pleasure Society Brass Band. For more information, visit www.milkywayjp.com.
