Iceland’s Jóhann Jóhannsson gets musically inspired by unusual subjects. In 2006, the composer and instrumentalist based his recording “IBM 1401, a User’s Manual’’ on the first computer brought to Iceland in 1964, and he incorporated a reel-to-reel recording his father made of an IBM computer. His latest release, “Fordlandia,’’ was inspired by Henry Ford’s failed rubber plant in the Amazon rainforest. It’s the second part of a conceptual trilogy about technology and iconic American brands, and the material for tomorrow’s concert. June 26 at 8 p.m. $10.
