Tenor saxman Harry Allen and clarinetist Ken Peplowski have performed and toured with jazz royalty including Rosemary Clooney, Ray Brown, and George Shearing. Allen is featured on the soundtrack of “The Out-of-Towners’’ with Steve Martin and Goldie Hawn (and also made a cameo appearance). Peplowski has been a Duke Ellington aficionado since childhood.
