Tuesday is soul and R&B night at the Boston Harbor Hotel, and tomorrow’s soul man at Summer Soul at the Boston Harbor Hotel is Richie Rich. A singer and songwriter with a 35-year career, the Boston native was inspired by Otis Redding, Aretha Franklin, and James Brown. Rich has performed with Chick Corea, Quincy Jones, and others, and joining him on the Terrace is 24 Karat Funk. July 21 from 6-10 p.m., weather permitting (Tuesdays through Sept. 1). Free.
