1. “Five Fathoms,’’ Everything But the Girl
2. “People Everyday,’’ Arrested Development
3. “Can’t You Hear Me Knocking?’’ Rolling Stones
4. “More Than This,’’ Peter Gabriel
5. “Lost,’’ Michael Buble
6. “Everything I Own,’’ Culture Club
7. “God Protect Your Soul,’’ Ed Harcourt
8. “I Can Hear Music,’’ Beach Boys
9. “Mi Tonada Montuna,’’ Ibrahim Ferrer
10. “Tell Me,’’ Melanie B
Surprised we missed: ’’I listen to Duncan Sheik a lot; he’s a friend and I love his music. But the person I listen to most of all is Donald Fagen. I’ve always been a huge Steely Dan fan, and I love his solo albums. If I had grown up in a different era I would’ve been more that kind of artist.’’![]()
