Berklee College of Music students don’t have to wait for graduation to rub elbows with music pros or play gigs around town. Thanks to alum Branford Marsalis, jazz students participate in Marsalis Berklee Jams, a combo of concerts, jam sessions, master classes, and clinics with up-and-coming visiting jazz groups. After concerts by the Dafnis Prieto Si o Si Quartet, Berklee students will jam with the Grammy-nominated Cuban-born drummer and his band. Tonight and tomorrow at 8 p.m. $10. Cafe 939, 939 Boylston St., Boston. 617-747-2261. www.cafe939.com
