Ted Leo and the Pharmacists have been successfully wandering the terrain of the indie rock world for a decade. As bandleader and writer, singer-guitarist Leo is the band’s creative heart, bringing social and political commentary to the group’s music. Their most recent release is the band’s fifth studio recording, 2007’s “Living With the Living.’’ They stop in town for a triple bill with Titus Andronicus and Wallcreeper. 8 p.m. $15. Middle East Downstairs, 472 Mass. Ave., Cambridge. 617-864-3278, www.mideastclub.com
